| 1. My role in the family and how it influences me today Whether through our sibling relationships or the difficult relationships of our parents to each other, we are all subjected to difficult family dynamics in crucial phases of our lives which profoundly influence us and continue to affect us long after we become adults. Even though we can analyze them, they still run our lives and hurt our relationships at home and at work. Above all, however, it is in the relationship to ourselves that is most deeply impaired. We will use the family constellation-method which provides a means of understanding the family dynamic. This way we get an emotional sense of those limiting beliefs and behavioral patterns which govern our lives and prevent us from living our potential. 2. My unconscious signals to the world and their magnet-effect on relationships and events Sometimes our experience with others seems jinxed. Even though we may be aware that something is not quite right, we again find ourselves in a familiar old relationship pattern (been there done that-feeling). Once again it's the limiting beliefs that we have formed as a response to our family situation. It is fascinating to observe what can happen once we have understood and revised old decisions we made in our (earliest) childhood. A new sense of freedom and more energy become available and often our lives take a new turn. With the help of specially designed questions regarding our present behavior, every person can be helped to get in better touch with him-/herself. Together with group support and various others means such as movement, sound or painting, new decisions can be practiced and solidified. 3. Testing our boundaries and exploring our strengths A lot of people have a sense that they have a kind of inner brake, something which keeps them from develping their special gifts and potential. And again we learn at a very early age just how we are allowed to use our energies and where. We learn especially to look our for what can't do or are not good at and even our socialisation as girls and boys has limited what we are "allowed" to do. Even if we are "enlightened", we are often held back by unconscious convictions which hinder and frustrate our best attempts to relalise our talents.
